How disturbing this service is. What a terrible experience with Superbalist

Placed an order and paid for an order: *** with shoes Cecelia slide sandal - yellow & clear, which were on special. Because that was a fairly big order, I did not have to pay for delivery. Those shoes were cancelled. Initial thought was that, probably there was no stock on those shoes.

Almost immediately after the order was cancelled (Or few hours later) then placed another order: ***2 and paid for it. It was much higher because it included the delivery fee. The shoes have been delivered. It is my first time experiencing this with Superbalist - have they now gotten to be ******? What a terrible experience this has been.

I am really disappointed.
