Horror with superbalist return

Horrible service

Been trying to get an item collect for a few days now with constant back and forth emails with numerous employees as well as 2 phone calls with constant promises the item will be collect, bare in mind they can't promise a time so it's a whole day wait.

With that I get a call from a driver asking for my address only to not pitch and when I phone that driver after 2 hours he says " it's not his area and he's just a driver " and then the phone call drops with no further response. Then calling customer care again they ensure me they will escalate the matter AGAIN and then nothing gets done, constant promises witch collections only for the item to still be in my possession.

I am truly shocked at how this service has gone and can truly advise to not purchase from superbalist.
