Horrific service, items returned no refund after 3 weeks!!!!!!!!

Terrible!!!!! Horrific service. I have supported Superbalist so much in the past but will not again. I have returned items which they were very quick to collect and never refund me after emails and calls nothing! I have been waiting since 8 May with no comms from them. Thats *****ing. How can you keep my money for items I returned hence not purchased and give no email / call respond to my mails nothing! I have also shopped with Takealot ALOT and will not buy from this group until this is resolved. Sooo dissapointed.
