Horrific experience with Superbalist

What must I do to get my order? Tracking my order was last updated on the 26 November 2023 "arrived at distribution hub".The call centre is non existing.I placed my order on the 22 November 2023 today 05 December 2023 I am still waiting,no communication whatsoever.This is totally unacceptable,I am not sure why this company is still operating, clearly they are running a ****.
