HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased items from superbalist, there were items that did not fit and therefore i requested a return. The courier was due to collect my returns on the 13.12.2017. It is now the 22.01.2018 and still to date the items have not been collected. Despite dealing with numerous consultants all of which promised to help, I have now been told that my returns can no longer be accepted as it has passed the period for return! I keep on calling and emailed requesting to speak to Management but with no luck. This is SHOCKING service. Regret ever signing up and doing business with this company. Serious lack of communication between staff members and departments and i refuse to bare the brunt of it.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
