Horrible shopping experience

I ordered a size 5 shoe and a size 4 arrived. I usually wouldnt mind but the fact that i ordered perfume under woman and it turned out to be mens perfume not so long ago makes me fume. They dont care about customer experience everything is solved by a return with them. Anyway for a message to say refund would appear shortly and 5 days later, no refund. Never had these issues with spree.
