Horrible service -Superbalist

I placed an order on the 28th November with the 9th Decembef delivery. I follwed up on the 10th after no show on the 9th to find out they don't even know its "escalated". After back & forth from the 11th to the 13th, I get a replacement order after posting on their facebook page. New order has new delivery date and I will mot be at the initial address on the date I ask them to deliver at a new address as its not my fault the order is late. This has still not been done and the order is now on it way because they can't amend the delivery address and if the deliver at the address twice they'll automatically cancel my order.

The inconvenience I was caused by the late delivery wher one of the items was not to be delivered is blatantly not considered as a customer. In fact they will end up cancelling my order because they will deliver at the address whether I like it or not.
