HORRIBLE SERVICE - REFUNDS DEPT.

I placed an order online and the order did not get delivered after numerous attempts of me being unavailable. I received an email on 05.09.2022 informing me that the stock has been returned to the warehouse where it will be processed in the system and a refund will be processed. The refund has a turnaround time of 3-5 working days. I called today, 14.09.2022 to enquire what the progress is as I have not received my refund. I was then informed that the stock has been processed in the system, the refund has no status whatsoever. Worse of all, I was transferred to the refunds department and nobody bothered to pick up the phone and assist me. Here I am, still waiting for my refund 8 working days left and it has not even been processed on the system. Instead I received another email 14.09.22 mentioning the same turnaround required for my refund to be processed which is 3-5 working days.

Worst online clothing experience thus far. I am just very disappointed in the horrible service I received. I will think twice before purchasing from Superbalist.com in the near future again. Order *** Call ***
