the first Item was on sale on sale 35% off and the size6 was available when i ordered. to my surprised i received an sms the that my order was cancelled. no communication and no explain. called at 8 00 this morning was Ethel answered the call when i explain that i need answers and i need to speak to the manager she kept me on hold for 20 min and she disconnected the call pretending she was transferring me to the Manager. i called again and the she did the same thing she was pretending to transfer and she dropped the call. this is not acceptable at all

I want the pair i have ordered in that size i have ordered and paid for alternatively i will take the same sure in black same price i ordered the shoe.
