Horrible service from Superbalist

I bought a Fossil watch in October 2023, in January 2024 it stopped working and I took it to the Fossil shop in Century City and hey told me they could not help as even with trying to insert the new battery the watch did not work. Fossil advised me to return it back to Superbalist and I did, in the original packaging(luckily I still had it), within the 6 months period but today I got an email that stated , my refund was declined,the wharehouse had declined my refund and no reasons were given. The Call Center agent was clueless on how to help and promised a call back and till now no call back. You cant contact these people and they just dont care. I need my refund
