Horrible service

I'm hugely disappointed at Superbalist. After advising by email that the order was mistakenly delivered to Pieternaritzburg instead of Ballito and stating it will be rerouted and delayed by 2 to 3 working days and after messaging and even calling their call centre to confirm the new delivery date, they then email me on the new expected date of delivery to say my order has been cancelled because it has been at the point of collection for seven days. They placed a blame on me for not collecting it on time and then advised me to order again knowing very well that the product has been sold out.

This for me is a shopping site with web of lies and zero care of the inconvenience to their customers.
