Horrible service and customer service

I would like a manager to call me urgently, this was requested before and I received a call from Gary who I thinks our conversation and emails are a joke. I have sent emails and no response. Please also confirm that your calls are Recorded when contacting me.

The service from superbalist has been poor over the past couple months, you guys are just refunding people cause you put the wrong offers and the realize you can't fit the outstanding amount.
