Horrible service

I purchased a carpet online on the 23rd of May which was meant to have been delivered by the 4th of June. On the day on the delivery I received an email stating that the carpet would arrive before 5pm that day(which it never did), later after the suggested time followed another email stating that the carpet had been delivered(I live in a gated estate where entry can only be gained through the tenant).

After having received that main, I went to check for it at the gate to check as I did not receive a call from the courier company nor my complex to let me know of this delivery.

I then reached out for help the following day and have been back and forth since with the lady that has been assisting me without this issue been resolved.
