Horrible service

So after placing my order and paying book inventory error and they have to cancel my order, and I have to wait 5 days for my money to reflect in the mean time I need to make a plan to buy another dress while they hold on to my money after they made a mistake. I found it very irresponsible and misleading to advertise what you don't have in stock then make people wait for their money not forgetting they aren't covering the bank charges that come with these returning payments
