Horrible service!!!!!

Purchased two watches from Superbalist and when delivered one of the boxes were so dirty, it was like a mechanic was fixing a car and came back and packed the watch even the cushion was dirty!!!

The second watch wasn’t even working!!!! What do I even call is type of service though? When you pay them they debit freely but for them to just deliver products that are to the standard they take your money BOOM no they won’t!!!!!!!!!!!

The service is horrible NEVER and NEVER again!!!!!!
