Horrible Service

My order was suppose to be delivered by 02/10/2017. I facebooked,live chat and called them to ask if my mother can receive my parcel and they said yes! I gave them m mother's cell and they advised to call her upon delivery (which they did not) from the date of delivery I have been in contact with them 3 times a day and everyday it's the sam old story: we apologise and we will deliver it the next day. This is my first encounter with them and my last. I'm so sorry!
