Horrible service

I placed an order a week ago and every day I get an sms saying that my delivery has been delayed. Not a single call to explain why and when I can get it. Now I've decided to check my emails and I see that I received an email saying not sufficient address details, I'm a manager at a courier company so I know exactly how put up full delivery details, hell if they copy and past my address on Google, waze, or any other global positioning system they will find my location. And why haven't I received a call??? I was starting to enjoy using these guys but I've lost faith!! Get my shipment delivered today please!
