HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN!

Package supposed to be dropped off Monday 4 November, delivery guys advised there was nobody home I never even got a call to say that they were infront to drop off the package. 5 Nov, same thing happened no comment was made to advise that they were outside I called in 6 times requesting to drop it off at work all agents were so flippen rude they said I was unable to change the delivery address, only to get a notification the afternoon stating that my order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded.

I AM NEVER SHOPPING FROM SUPERBALIST AGAIN.
