Horrible Experience

The level of service is starting to be pathetic. Bought 2 items, a pair of socks and a pair of sneakers, went to collect the parcel at Princess Crossing depot, 1. The reception lady is rude with an I don't care attitude. 2. I was given a small box, tried to explain to the reception lady that there is no way a pair of shoes will fit in that box. I opened the box in front of her, and it was only the socks. Miss "I don't care" with an attitude told me to contact Customer Service. 3. Logged a call and sent photos. It's almost a week and the matter is still pending. 4. Logged a return, and a request for a refund. It's almost 2 weeks now since I purchased the items, no refund and no purchased items.
