Horrible experience!!!!!

I had a very terrible experience with superbalist . I bought a dress online when it came it was big and i had to change it for smaller size while waiting for them to bring me the right size they sent me an email that states they will do a refund, they cancelled the exchange, but on the 10th of June 2022 i called to follow up on the status of my refund they said they are waiting for the manager's approval and i called again on the 13th i spoke to the lady by the name of Nandipha and Athinkosi still no luck they keep on telling stories which am not interested in but need my refund the banking details were sent to them i don't know what are they waiting for or what is so difficult for them to do refund. Am ****ed off and want my money back with no excuses
