Horrible delivery service

Absolutely poor service. The delivery process was deplorable. The driver put in no effort whatsoever. The order was cancelled right after the driver failed to even ring the doorbell or phone to notify me when my package arrived. the driver ended up throwing the dress back to the warehouse, which ultimately resulted in the order being cancelled. Customer Service was lovely, they were very empathetic but unable to assist due to "company policies."
