Horrible customer service!!!

I made two separate orders last week with two but only one was delivered and automatically the status of the other order changed to delivered as well when I haven’t received the order, countless emails and calls but still response, I want refund cause the order amounts to like R700, I’ve been calling and the phone does not go thru, their service is pathetic and terrible!
