Horrible customer service

If I can give a 0 star I would! I placed a order last week already! Driver attempted delivery yesterday! I was home I told him it is a complex but he kept arguing and then failed my delivery! I phones help desk the lady was of no help! Today the SAME problem. Spoke to a lady again at help desk she asked for my co- ordinates ect. I responded immediately! Now I see my order is cancelled! ***!!! This is the worst service they put my parcel on the wrong route and now I am to blame! How is that even! All the other courier companies has no issue finding my address but they do! They are part of takealot but the normal takealot finds my adress!!
