Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service received after they had made a mistake and not couriered one item from my order. Honestly disappointed at the service instead of getting notification and being made aware of their error, I had to call to ask what happened. On top of that I was told it has bee Escalated and I would receive a complimentary voucher for the service failure on their end. Nothing has been received, no email to acknowledge the issue or a courtesy call to inform me of the outcome of my issue.
