********** experience with Superbalist goods return process!

My parcel erroneously sent to them on the 26th June 2019 (Order No. ***) and up to now I have not received it, even receipt of the item was confirm (Sheldon Michaels & Nondumiso Khoza) . Several emails were sent to them and even sent them my Swaziland number (where I work) and no one called. Extremely dissapointed and dont think I'll have anything to do with them after I receive my parcel...lost for words!
