Honoring prices

Yesterday on Superbalist there were items that were priced R19.00, i went on and bought, and got emails of confirmation of order and some items already dispatched. Now this morning i get an email that it was cancelled because they could not get hold of me. I paid for the order and with orders like that out mailroom sign for them and we can collect them anytime. My colleague who also ordered called they was told the prices was a system error. Error or not, the company should use best practice and honour the price that was there.
