Honestly, how many times can you get an order wrong?

I have ordered a clothing items from Superbalist and they shipped the wrong size. However, kudos to them as they collected the wrong item without delay and promised delivery (Order #***1) of the correct item within days. Much to my disappointment, the same wrong size (most likely the same item as the first!) was delivered to my door again! How bad can one's customer service be? For Superbalist apparently there is no limits to this.
