Highly stressful shopping experience

Two stars because sometimes things DO go right.

But one lost (very big) purchase has soured the whole company for me.

Superbalist.com your call center staff deserve a raise because your service sucks and they're the ones having to answer for it. Also, I ordered a sleeper couch because someone needs to SLEEP on it, not to add it as decoration in my summer beach house... you now have the money I put aside to buy it, and you have the couch... and I have....? High blood pressure! 🤬😤 It's also been 4 hours... and I have tried EVERY other way to resolve this issue so I can destress and go about my day... you guys just suck 🤷♀️
