Handbag gone Bad

I purchased a handbag from this company and it was delivered with some scratches on the bag....I sent it back to them for a exchange...however I received the same bag back...I contacted them and told them that i received the same bag back and they just asked for me to send it back.......i sent it to them and alas..again...same bag...same scratches...I don't think they have quality controllers that check the merchandise...
