Half a order received

I ordered a Nike tracksuit on suberlist and when I picked up my order at takealot pick up point in Parow only the top was there no pants. I then had to do a return with very unhelpful staff. Now I need to reorder and the price is much more. It was such an inconvenience having to go do a return and having to pay R500 more for something they messed up. I also called the call centre the voice prompt says trading hours is till 7pm and I called at 6 pm and the call centre is closed. They send half the order and they **** about their trading time.
