Grumpy delivery

I had a lovely big mirror delivered to my house today . Nearly broke my back Had to assist the delivery lady offload and carry this mirror into the yard while the driver guy looked on while he had a platform trolley that could have easily pushed the mirror into the yard. No customer service grumpy
