I bought an item which carried a 30 days return clause, upon logging the request within the prescribed period; the order was rejected for 7 days clause. I have sent numerous correspondence which has been ignored to date.

Superbalist you better review your inconsiderate position & my account as you will loose a loyal customer that has supported you from inception.
