Great service, all round.

I bought a pair of shoes on Superbalist, and delivery was supposed to happen on Friday, 25 September. Anyway, I had to leave the office early but called the Call Centre to notify them and ask how far my delivery was. I spoke to girl named Nicole (I think, I don't remember - please check her name) but she was amazing. Her energy was great and she kept her promises of calling me back every time the status of my order had changed and notified the couriers. <br> Monday, I called just too double check and spoke to Lindo, also a fantastic person. She called me back as promised to confirm the status of my order. <br> <br> Although my shoes only arrived today being Tuesday (29 Sep), I'm still pleased at the service I received. Thank you Superbalist for the efficient service and thank you to the two ladies for their outstanding service too!!!
