I see a lot of bad reviews but wow my experience has been nothing short of AMAZING. I have received all my orders on time as per the SMS’s I received. I have logged two refunds which were collected on the exact dates and the refunds reflected in my account the very same day I received an sms that my item for refund had been collected. The sms stated that I should expect the refund back in my account between 3-5 days, but the amounts reflected in my account on the same day. I will continue shopping on Superbalist as they have great deals all the time. The system is super fast and efficient. Keep up the great work.
