Great service

I have had only good experiences with this provider. The website is easy to use and the app has good functionality. They have great products and brands. I have placed several orders and made some returns. All have been processed quickly and efficiently. Most recently I returned an item that was defective. From logging to the return to getting the refund took only four days. On the day I requested the return I received a call from the courier to collect the item. Throughout I was informed of where I was in the process via text and email. Even when I queried that a voucher had not been refunded, this took only hours to sort out. I really can't fault them in any way. I am very impressed and very grateful. Thank you Superbalist.
