Great return/exchange service

I have bought quite a number of things from Superbalist and I am always happy with their service. This time around I am blown away, I ordered a pay of shoes on Sunday 5th of March and collected on Wednesday 8th of March. Unfortunately the shoes had defects, I immediately logged a return request, the shoes were collected on Thursday morning and on Sunday I received their message on my refund being processed. I am honestly happy with the seamless return/exchange service and will definitely continue buying.
