Great Personalized Service!

I happened to write to customer support today as I wanted items that were out of stock, previously i dealt with Roxanne who went through my time consuming request of checking if the sunglasses i liked were 50mm (what an annoying customer with a small face hahaha) and she got back to me that very day with my request with a pleasant attitude despite the silly request. Today i had the pleasure of dealing with Keenan as I wanted to follow up on some throws that I see are out of stock, well, dealing with other companies that never actually read the entire email request I went ahead and wrote quite a long winded sad story, And the surprising response? The entire email was read! Shocking. Normally I have to repeat my request as most people do not take the time to read the requests, it is rather refreshing dealing with service like this and I will be a frequent Superbalist customer from now on, or from the 25th to the 5th of each month as per payday hehe :) thanks so very much for the amazing service & I will be sure to use every voucher sent my way *hint hint, nudge nudge* haha. thanks so very much to Keenan & Roxanne!
