Great customer service

I made an order i think about a month ago and i had paid for same day delivery but the system did not pick that up it .The system had a delivery for the next day.

I called Superbalist to explain my problem and then they helped me with my query.I even got a call back from them with updates of my query until the end.I managed to get my goods the same day as expected.

Well done for having such an efficient team.
