Order number ***2 I am writing with regards to the parcel that was not delivered by superbalist. My daughter ordered 3 items with superbalist.com. They delivered 2 boxes, the other box contained items she did not order and we returned to superbalist. Her items were missing 1 item that we told them about. This was in November 2023. Every time we call they are telling us that they are still following up with the warehouse. I spoke to Sphenathi who was said Asit will contact us. The Asit has not called us. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that is not allowed. I asked for the surname and he said they are not allowed to give out their surnames. This morning I spoke to Neli, asking to speak to the supervisor or manager she said she will ask the manager to call me back and that has never happened. No one knows anything in that call Centre. They are ***********, they do not know customer service. This has frustrated my daughter in the process, . Their items that they gave us I suppose we returned them them however thy are failing to return my daughters crop tee.
