Good products. Good service but poor communication

They fast tracked my delivery to sat 27 November and didn’t tell me until I received an sms that morning. Original delivery date was 30 November. While it’s a nice gesture I don’t appreciate not being told because I already made a plan for someone to accept the delivery on November 30. Most of us don’t sit around all day waiting for deliveries. We have things to do. Please start informing us when you decide to do this
