Good customer service

I purchased a pair of sandals online, and the straps of the sandals tore the first time I wore them. I then notified the customer service on the e-mail that had confirmed the purchase. I experienced such a fantastic customer service from Stella Scalabrino who responded promptly to my query and assisted me with getting a new pair to replace the torn pair. She kept me up to date with the query on a daily basis, informing of the stage of completion of the query until it was resolved. I got a new pair of similar sandals to those I had purchased and even better she did not take the torn sandals. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. It's appreciated
