Give me my refund, *******!

*********** accounts department! I purchased 2 pairs of PJs which were canceled due to inventory error. However, I only received a refund for one pair. Upon contacting the accounts department, they said that they refunded both amounts. I literally sent them my bank statement and phoned Nedbank who confirmed on their side that the second amount had bounce back. Superbalist keeps saying both amounts were refunded despite me sending all relevant banking transactions. What a bunch of *********** people.
