Giordano Mens Under ware serious size issue

I have ordered a medium 6 pack Giordano under ware (R700) for men based on my current Calvin Klein Med under ware and the Giordano under ware looks like S to XS. I contacted Superbalist upon collection, with a picture of the size difference between the Giordano vs. Calvin Klein, of the size problem and they arranged for collection today. Superbalist cancelled the collection at the eleven hour after i waited the whole day at home for them.
