Garment goes missing (collected by someone else i don't know)

Since the beginning of December I have been fighting endlessly with Superbalist to get my refund as my garment was collected by someone else.

This is unacceptable, Jayd confirmed on the 18th December that my refund was logged and that they would process my refund. I never received a pin for collection, since the 11th I have been fighting with Superbalist in order to assist me as I paid for something which I DID NOT receive. It has now taken 10 working days and still nothing is resolved. every time I have a new consultant who is wanting to start from scratch.

I am truly disappointed and disgusted with regards to your process, this was meant to be a gift for someone but it was never received. I have been asked on numerous occasions if I know Anna (I do not know her or who, when and how she had the pin to collect “MY” parcel. Surely there should be cameras or security, which makes it more disappointing is that my contact details is on the receipt.

Kindly ensure that I am refunded soonest as I have waited long enough.

I have still received no response from them.
