Frustrated client

I have never come across such bad service in my entire life . I ordered items on the 20/11/2023 when I received my order I had 5 items missing and I got 1 item which I did not order

I queried this on the 25/11/2023 and I was told they will investigate and will collect the item that I did not order In a space of 2 days the incorrect Item was collected from me and I was told my 5 items were on the way

Upon arrival of the order I only received 1 item of the 5 and since the 28/11/2023 to this day 07/12/2023 I’m still waiting on my item

What frustrates me more is that I will be email my 3 different consultant requesting same information that I already specified on my first query and surprisingly on the 07/12/2023 I was asked about the incorrect item which was collected on the 27/11/2023

I have had it with Supabalist and their *********** staff
