Frustrated and disappointed customer

I bought shoes on the 15/07/20 and only worn them on 3occasions but the sole is hanging out I'm so frustrated and disappointed customer. The brand is Butterfly.. It means superbalist is selling poor quality shoes because they are on sale?????
