These guys are really pathetic! I made an order consisting of 12 items during Black Friday and the order was split into 3 deliveries for no apparent reason (a fact a discovered days later). I only received 2 deliveries on separate days with one still missing till this very day! The delivery is marked as delivered and I didn't receive the items. After countless emails and calls, and 3 weeks later, the matter is yet to be resolved. They are refusing to refund me my hard-earned money due to "internal processes". It has cost me my peace, going around in circles. Their customer service is abysmal at best, there is no system keeping track of the matter, I get asked the same questions "What's missing?"... They will tell you anything just to get you off their back. They all have the same answers like they've been handed a script. Your emails will go unanswered and you'll be answered whenever they feel like it, days later! Better to shop elsewhere, I don't recommend it! I don't know what business you are running here, but you are happy taking our monies!
