Absolutely shocking service from Superbalist. I purchased a King size duvet cover as well as extra pillow cases that both come from Sixth Floor and are supposed to be the exact same color and they are not. I thought that I can deal with it and proceeded to wash them as a normal person does before putting them on the bed. When I tried to put my King size duvet inside the newly purchased King size duvet cover, it did not fit. The Duvet cover was too small. I then logged a return for the duvet cover as the size is obviously wrong, but i have to add that there is no size or dimensions on the package. After logging the return they tell you that they will notify you via email, this does not happen, you only get mails on specials and junk adverting, but no return info. I logged into my account and found that the return had a canceled status. I called them to ask why, but the answer i got was that they can't see why, but have escalated to management and they will let me know.

3 days later and still no word. I called again this time the agent "Savy" she did some of her own investigation and told me that they will reject the return because I washed it. I asked why and was told that they can't resell it. The agent proceeded to ask me if I check the dimensions on the product, I said no... they should be standard. The agent said no, they have there own sizes. Wow Sixth Floor have there own standard sizes for making bedding. How do they expect it to fit??? The agent directed me to the product page where the sizes are, she could not ever read that properly as it gave the size of the bed and not the size of the duvet cover, but she insisted that I need to check there sizes as they have there own standard.

So word of warning to everyone, if you plan on buying a duvet cover, go to a reputable shop that actually follow set standards and do not make up there own standards.

Superbalist is a ********* company selling products that are made up on some thumb sucking standard and the "same advertised color" is completely different. They will also reject your returns even though they say it can be returned.
