*****!!!!

I placed an order last thursday, using payfast,it went through then i got a email saying no payment went off and i needed to pay otherwise my order will be cancelled. I then paid again using my debit card, as i have two different accounts which i used. i then mailed to ask for my refund as why am i paying twice for two orders. I forwarded the POP from payfast, even attached my bank statement showing it went off but yet i get told its insufficient proof. I did the order on my husbands superbalist account, he then got a call the next day saying a refund will be done but still nothing. This is *****!!! refusing to give back my own money. I sent bank statements from both my accounts showing PROOF that i paid twice for one order. i want my damn refund!!!! i will never shop here again!!!!! if this is how you treat customers
