So they delivered a pair of shoes which were a size bigger than what i had ordered. They then collect the pair after my initial complaint and return request. I still await either a refund or an exchange... TWO WEEKS LATER! all they have given me is a stupid excuse of having received only one size of this particular shoe from factory, and yet they have managed to distribute every pair to the point that the shoes are sold out ... right! I'm incredibly disappointed...
